After working in the fitness center of The Clubs of Kingwood for two years, I switched over to the Golf Pro Shop where I had the opportunity to form lasting relationships with members and guests. During this time, I enhanced my communication and customer service skills while also scheduling tee times and tournaments, managing the retail department, delivering exceptional sales support, and collaborating with the various departments within The Clubs of Kingwood.

This position offered the opportunity to connect with numerous individuals and establish relationships with members and guests. I strengthened my customer service and management skills by coordinating and managing reservations within the greater sports and fitness facility, providing attentive assistance in the retail department, and interfacing with members both in person and over the phone by managing frequent phone calls.
