My past work experience has been very team focused. I am accustomed to working with diverse groups of individuals and I measure my success through the growth and achievements of not only myself, but those around me. I thrive in a dynamic atmosphere that allows me to look at tasks and challenges from multiple angles in order to find the solution or course of action with the greatest benefit. My experience in team leadership, both professionally and in athletics, has ingrained in me the importance of team building, mutual respect, and communication in order to achieve a shared goal.My organizational and interpersonal skills allow me to create a cohesive and encouraging environment for success while allowing the space for meaningful human connection. I believe strongly in the shared human experience and how a deeper understanding of one another only makes us stronger, better people. Development of the self is just as important as career development and I am always looking for new and interesting opportunities to contribute to my journey in personal and professional growth.My passion for the written word and foundations of human connection have led me down the path to my next adventure: Texas A&M University and the Mays Business School’s Master’s of Science in Business. I am beyond proud to be a part of this unique program and all it has to offer for the next year!
