FADDS Events is owned by a beloved family-friend, and I have lent a hand during his busy seasons the last couple years. A typical day would include traveling to multiple client locations to provide on-site consultation, preparation, tear-down, or occasional participation in a wide array of events for both high-end and casual clients. Many events require coordination with multiple vendors, both location and client representatives, as well as precise time management to meet the needs of all clients given on a day-to-day basis.

I started this role to develop my management skills and background, obtaining a promotion from Assistant Dept. Manager to Dept. Manager after only 3 months due to my commitment and ability to identify trends in both sales and shrink. I notable placed my department in #3 out of 14 locations for sales for 5 consistent months until my departure. I was also responsible for training and performance review all new employees in my department, as well as coordinating with vendors and tracking their inventory and invoices from recent shipments.

My time at CareBridge was wonderful, my role allowed me to connect with members daily to help them understand and truly benefit from the health programs we offered. I also tracked daily productivity on a both an individual and department level and would report to upper management to help create new metrics.

I was the first to pass the SAFE exam and have my NMLS license, and graduated top of my class in the AMP(Accelerated Mortgage Program) before becoming a high performer in both first mortgage refinances and creating second mortgages for clients in my portfolio. I was responsible for all steps of the loan process, as well as communicating with underwriting, appraisal, and management to build the best custom loans for my clients.
