As a student assistant coach for a college soccer team, I gained valuable experience in leadership, communication, and social media management. During my human resources internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with the HR team in various aspects of the employee lifecycle. One of my main responsibilities was to assist with onboarding procedures for new employees. In addition to onboarding, I also gained experience in employee relations. I worked closely with HR managers to address and resolve employee issues and concerns.Overall, my internship provided me with a valuable foundation in human resources, allowing me to gain hands-on experience in various areas such as onboarding, employee relations, and branding.
