Managing projects from concept to delivery from a creative and logistical point of view. Developing briefs and designing workflows to ensure projects meet the agreed criteria, are delivered on time and within budget. Client facing role with account management duties; maintaining existing relationships and developing new business leads including pitching.

Responsible for developing and improving production processes, whilst ensuring the team’s adherence to these. Advising the Producers on workflow and timeline management. Supporting the team with client account management and relationship development. Preparing financial and performance related reports for the senior management team. Assisting in recruiting.

Managing the post production facility including diary bookings and resource management. Organising the logistics of shoots including travel and licences. Supporting the Creative Director with client relationship management. Main point of contact for external queries and internal trouble-shooting. Managing the administration of recruitment, finances and HR.

Organising all elements of shoots including booking freelancers, equipment, location and cast. Coordinating on location, acting as client liaison. Working as Production Manager on smaller jobs. Running the office day-to-day and handling incoming enquiries. Working as a PA to the Managing Director.

Assisting the Creative Producers in the management of projects including filming and post production activities. Leading smaller projects. Creating timelines, planning workflows and tracking budgets. Writing scripts, treatments and pitches.

Organising and managing the logistics for location shoots and live events. Managing production diaries, coordinating communication between departments. Booking freelancers, crew and equipment.

Assisting the production, post production and admin departments with ad hoc duties. Responsible for visitor hospitality and the planning of client follow up opportunities.
