As an Intern at Merry Cellars I have been hands on learning through all of harvest and the down times in the cellar, after harvest ended I was fortunate to join the tasting room and continue my learning of the industry.

My role at South Fork includes the normal serving responsibilities such as tending to all guest needs, helping out others whenever I am able and being a team player overall. I also have the responsibility of a closing server which entails being a leader and helping out other servers in need. Along with role of being a leader at South Fork, creating a warm and inviting environment is key for my success.

My role at Applebee’s during my time there was a leader as a consistent closing server. This included my normal serving responsibilities and additional responsibilities such as helping and training new employees and being an overall team player to ensure the guest experience was a good time.

During my time at Country Kitchen I had several responsibilities such as, greeting and seating guest, taking and delivering drinking orders, bussing and resetting new tables, and lastly making sure that the overall experience was a great one for those dining in.
