- Ensure well-being of all students - Maintaining classroom expectations and standards through time and organizational management skills- Take attendance of students and report discrepancies to the attendance office - Offer insight and knowledge to students regarding coursework and varying curriculum applications - Uphold safety standards and procedures in case of emergencies- React quickly to varying scenarios to ensure students are well taken care of- Report to differing classrooms each day working with a wide range of students, ranging in physical and cognitive abilities

- Think and react quickly on my feet to amend situations efficiently as they arise. - Lead and instruct these students maintaining a growth mindset for the students and the staff alike- Mentor students and teach performing arts skills as well as work ethic in real-world application- Choreograph innovative color guard choreography to challenge the students while directing them to personal and overall greatness- Utilizing show design and storytelling to aide in the overall experience for the audience and judges alike - Logistically in charge of around 30 color guard students and at some times the band as well, totaling 150 individuals

- Maintain safety protocols such as ensuring no guests go on the track, all seatbelts are buckled, that there is "No Bumping" of the vehicles, no lap sitting permitted, and checking heights for both the minimum to ride the attraction and to ride alone- Constantly having your eyes everywhere and anywhere to look out for occurrences of unusual events. - With gasoline-powered vehicles, it is imperative to follow all safety protocols when fueling vehicles, like turning on the red fueling light and wearing protective goggles- As the Speedway cars have instances of smoking, squeaking, and stalling, it is up to the cast to make the best judgments on those various instances- Following safety procedures such as T.S.A (the track itself, the space the vehicle occupies, and the areas adjacent) and stopping ride motion in an unusual event is an instrumental part of working attractions- Ensure that I am always following the Operational Guide (O.G.) to ensure all safety audits are successfully passed- Interacting with guests is integral to maintaining guest rapport and finding interconnectedness with those we come into contact with- Following merge ratios to ensure efficiency and grouping parties together efficiently allows for around 1,400 guests to experience The Tomorrowland Speedway each hour- Maintaining ride safety by taking cars off of the tracks in the event of car malfunctions- Multi-tasking, keeping eyes everywhere at once, and staying on your toes are very beneficial learned skills from my time at The Tomorrowland Speedway

- Work with a range of ages, from three years old to seventy years old, aiming to create a safe space for personal growth for all dancers - Provide expertise in the field of dance to both competition and recreational dancers- Fostering a growth mindset within my students- Aiding both students and staff in the overall growth of the studio as well as the individuals

- Work closely with upper management- Maintain all facets of confidential weekly payroll; taking in time for salaried, hourly, & technician employees, entering the time into Intuit QuickBooks and ConnectWise Manage, and ensuring that all employees are accounted for within our weekly payroll processes- Take charge of filing job folders as well as assisting in the creation of jobs in QuickBooks and ConnectWise. - Run errands as well as maintain office cleanliness and organization- Assisting with most clerical processes in the office- Utilize a multiline phone system answering phone calls from our clients, potential clients, manufacturers, and any and all calls that came in; this ESI multiline phone system utilized holds and a "line pickup" system- Assist with celebrations throughout sales, office, and service departments
