I initially started my Monzo career as a frontline cop which I thoroughly enjoyed, but was always eager to find a domain that suits me and my skill set well. This led me to applying for a role within the Work force management team, as an activity lead.Since applying myself to this role I have been able to closely monitor our supply levels vs forecast, and follow up any gaps in our coverage. Work alongside Real-time Analysts to monitor day to day forecasts and real time demand as well as SLAs. Monitor the on the day movements through submissions from throughout the company and provide fast responses to requests, exceptions and escalated issues - making sure to document these and update schedules accordingly and respond to incidents. This role has enabled me to work on my skills in analysing, communication skills, reacting and adapting to a fast paced and ever changing environment and managing multiple priorities.

I worked as a frontline customer service representative at Monzo.- Communicating to customers through medium of online chat, phone and emails - serving as a tenured employee to new cops by coaching and shadowing them in there new role.- Attending weekly meetings where I would speak openly and have taken the lead in my managers absence- Adhered go targeted stats and frequent QA/QC - Was a wellness champion for my team, appointed by my team. With this, I created wellness goals and challenges to keep our team motivated and healthy in both mind and body whilst working from home.- Dealt with vulnerable customers who needed help and was able to spot these vulnerabilities.

I worked with an incredible team learning every detail of the events and hospitality side of a platinum country club in Sanibel, Florida.This included dinner services, large scale events, buffets, galas, auctions, themed events, charity events and week long golf tournaments. I learned a lot about the different array of events and services offered and all the hard work that goes into operating a beautiful country club.I got the pleasure of working in multiple departments throughout so I could understand the operations first hand from hosting, dinner service, wellness attendant and concierge.The team and management taught me so much and were so welcoming and accommodating from the very beginning of the process and was unfortunately cut short due to COVID-19. This also taught me a lot and hopefully I can apply all that I have learnt to my future prospects.

I worked as bar staff at halo along side my university studies. Working the bar on very busy club nights and events throughout the summer:

I worked 1 year for an event company where I headed the accommodation department of the very fast paced company, where I would make transient and group accommodation bookings for companies and organisations. Also, I would book meetings and small event spaces and negotiate day delegate and 24 hour delegate packages . Day to day I would communicate with my clients and customers in person, via phone and email.I would also reconcile any invoices we had through and ensure everything was accurate. These invoices could be anything from a boardroom for 2 , to a 2000+ corporate party. I also regularly created online portals for each individual event, where delegates could go and book their own accommodation.
