Quality Supervisor
CurrentResponsibilities Include:• Managing & optimising both external and internal sampling & testing schedule • Nutritional Analysis – Manage analysis of products as per test schedule for pack labelling, customers and monitoring to ensure legal compliance. • Non-conformances – Issue & close out non-conformances with suitable corrective actions. Actively prevent repeat non-conformances. Managing non-conformance logs. • Internal Auditor – Carry out Internal audits, Issue and close-out non-conformances to improve the Site Food Safety & Quality Standards. • Goods In Deliveries – complete Ingredient Inspection record and Food Contact Packaging record after Goods In operator. • Traceability – Conduct monthly traceability exercise. • Co-ordinate Proficiency testing. • Liaise with research partners to provide relevant information and co-ordination for Glenisk’s sustainability research programmes. • IOA Artwork Approval – Compete MIPS form before artwork goes to printer as per procedure. File approval. • Supporting the Product Developer with preparing samples for development testing and quality procedures. • Working in collaboration with the team to ensure the Quality team deliver on KPI’s.
