Enhance seller logistics experience for +100k sellers base on Lazada Vietnam platform and millions of sellers in SEA through data analysis, technology and process enhancement. With one aim in mind: Always deliver the best logistics service and satisfaction to Lazada sellers, this is what me and my team in Vietnam and across South East Asia do: • We analyze data to understand our sellers’ needs & pain points• To meet sellers’ expectation, we work tirelessly to improve process in Order management platform, First mile, Last mile, Failed delivery and Shipping fee.• We constantly innovate with system in which require us to bring new ideas for products, carry out various UAT to offer new tech features to alleviate seller’s business. • Communication is key to satisfaction. We actively communicate and educate sellers to update and enhance understanding in Logistics.

- Logistics planning and management for artwork packing and shipping- Prepare sales quotations for clients including galleries, event organizers, private art collectors; closing sales- Prepare government tenders for national museums in Singapore - Booking of airfreight, sea freight and road freight for transportation of artworks- Prepare shipping documents ( export & import permits, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance )- Communication and co-ordination with local and overseas suppliers / agents - Manage daily art handler activities- Logistics planning and execution for art exhibitions: Affordable Art Fairs and Art Stage Singapore

- Handle key account - Edible oil manufacturer- Plan shipment for export of cooking oil from Singapore to other countries via sea freight- Arrange for containers booking daily and coordinate with vessel carriers and suppliers- Ensure orders are shipped accordingly to requirements- Prepare shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Packing Declarations- Declare export permits and Certificate of Origins- Do monthly report for shipments and send to client

- Liaise with national museums and private art galleries to take job orders- Maintain relationship with existing customers and look for new clients- Prepare shipping documentations including delivery order, commercial invoice and packing list, authorization letter, air waybill, sea waybill- Apply for export/ import permits ( via Tradenet), customs supervisions- Liaise with agents for booking of air freight and sea freight- Prepare quotations for customer’s requests- Coordinate with overseas agents and vendors- Coordinate with warehouse for daily operations- Manage art exhibitions ( Art Stage Singapore) : from collections of artworks from overseas, deliver artworks to exhibition sites, collect the artworks and send back to original countries once exhibition ends.

- Purchase new and refurbished servers and server parts from vendors and sell to clients in international countries- Achieve and exceed monthly individual sales target - Expand the market and find new customers in Asia- Processing purchasing orders by purchasing new and refurbished servers and server parts from overseas vendors and sell to clients in international countries
