- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, website, TikTok, and LinkedIn.- Craft engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.- Design creative visuals and short-form videos to promote the brand and its products or services.- Collaborate with partners to execute event-based marketing projects and advertising initiatives.- Develop enticing promotional programs to attract potential customers and boost sales.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report results to senior management.- Recommend improvements and adjustments to marketing campaigns to optimize performance.

Duties & Responsibilities: (*) Digital Marketing - Managing Informa SES show presences through online platform and other ecommerce channels such as: Website, Social network, Web browser, etc.- Managing E-Newsletter and SMS marketing campaigns.- Managing online exhibitor and visitor management system, such as E-manual and Online visitor Pre-registration.- Developing creative briefs to give the event partners (designer, agency) clear direction. Managing their implementation to ensure they follow the show’s concepts and ideas.- Developing and writing digital content and managing the publishing editorial calendar.- Assisting Marketing Manager and the internal team to review and evaluate post-show results. Recommending adjustments as appropriate to improve performance of the shows.(*) Traditional marketing: including marketing materials production, media coverage and customer insights.- Developing and maintaining good relationships with partners - Sourcing, dealing and supervising work flow with various suppliers.- Creating marketing content: researching new trends, working out entire marketing materials.- Working in team with designers to ensure the creation of artworks is in line with the show’s concepts and requirements.- Assisting Marketing Manager in reviewing expenses after each event finishes, recommending adjustments of budgets as appropriate.- Face-to-face meetings with customers, suppliers, confidently communicating, fulfilling planned targets upon meetings.

(**) Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in marketing campaign by writing email/fax/LOA/.., and arranging meeting for managers.- Contact with potential customer and current customer to invite them to join shows.- Support groups when shows are happening.- Compile and update database of groups list.- Write report after shows.
