• Design, programming and implementation of automation (proprietary code) for legal templates.
• Quick and dedicated learning: developed basic programming knowledge to competent code at the same time as managing other duties.
• Logical thinking and problem solving: translated non-technical requests into a workable process, producing and testing code, to be delivered and integrated within the Firm practice.
• Directing and conducting user-acceptance testing for each developmental release.
• Training and helpdesk support: go-to person for templates, as well as system-wide user questions.
