I am a recent graduate of The advertising and Graphic Design Program at CVCC. With a bachelor's in Political Science from UNC Charlotte. I have a strong passion for design and am a creative leader. I have accomplished many things these last two years while receiving my education at CVCC. I took second place in the AGD Shark Tank pitching my app interface design, Quick Set. I have donated over 50 hours of design services to the community and the icing on the cake is that I am the 2021 Student Graduation Speaker. Being of entrepreneurial mind, I take on many creative tasks in my freelance business, Studio Chlo. Here I've been able to meet new people and exceeded their expectations. From wedding invites to digital illustrations I thoroughly enjoy helping clients reach their design goals and am not afraid to take on a new challenge. One of my hobbies is volleyball and I am a head coach for a school team and club team. Our school team just won the 2021 conference championship this season! This is something that has taught me great leadership qualities and responsibility. Being able to communicate a goal to a team and push them all to reach that goal together is one of my stronger skill sets. I also enjoy being a mentor and roldemodel to each yound lady I coach.
