Assist the case manager by opening new intakes, requesting medical records and preparing files to be demanded for settled.Helped organize files, save client mail and faxes.

• Run food and drinks in a fast paced, fine-dining environment• Maintain a professional and delicate service manner• Enter orders into Aloha POS system• Work with hostess to ensure tables are being sat in a timely manner• Ensure that guests are greeted and drinks are delivered within 2 minutes of arrival• Ensure that guests receive their appetizers and food within a 7-12 minute window• Suggest menu options to guests, keeping different customer needs in mind • Check inventory regularly, so that condiments and utensils are readily available • Take care that utensils and other equipment are clean• Provide training to new employees, if needed
