I accurately and efficiently inputted data into multiple systems, performed data analysis, and carried out various data administration tasks.

I took phone calls from members of the public and other healthcare professionals. I carried out assessments with each caller in order to provide the most suitable outcome for them. This could mean signposting the caller to other services, passing the call on to a clinical advisor, or arranging an emergency ambulance.

I joined KPMG's Audit Graduate scheme where I passed 3 ACA Accounting exams (Accounting, Principles of Taxation, and Assurance).

During my time at college and University, I worked part-time as a Customer Service Adviser at Firstsource.My main duties included:- Answering customers’ queries through the means of Live Chat conversations, Emails and Phone Calls.- Resolving technical issues with customers by providing troubleshooting.- Complaint and objection handling.- Solving problems in a high pressured environment.

During my time at University, I worked as a Student Ambassador for the Computer Science Department.One of my main roles was to help run coding sessions and tutorials for year 12 students.My other duties included:- Supporting the Computer Science Open Days & interactive activities- Sharing my experiences with prospective students- Promoting higher education and the university - Answering questions from prospective students
