A supportive mindset drives Chloe to assist others in any way she can and to develop strategies that foster cohesion and team building.Chloe acquired her MBA with an emphasis in Management and a certificate in Talent Management (HRM) in May 2022. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Management at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in May 2020. While pursuing her career goals, Chloe has learned international business strategies, human resource management, and other business-oriented tasks & strategies.She has more than 8 years of overseas learning experience in business administration and is someone who strives to bring both strong communication skills, as well as fantastic coordination for teamwork, collaboration, and excellent workability in cross-cultural environments. Chloe is responsible, quick to action, and creative both on and off the worksite. She is also a people person who really enjoys working with the diversity of the population and giving a helping hand when someone needs her. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks/music and hiking with her dog. She also enjoys trying out different restaurants and driving around to explore new places.
