• Managing reporting and tracking of Customer Engagement and Loyalty P&L (revenue and expense), including annual budget planning for the division, with emphasis on the performance of mileage redemption and earn • Preparing, analyzing, and using data to make action-oriented recommendation and reports that support the business • Managging select segment of Medallion program, including the data integrity and cross-divisional and external relationships • Responsible for data extraction and data mining requests and reporting using SAS and Essbase• Responsible for the management and reporting on key initiatives and metrics by working with cross-divisional teams in Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and In-Flight Service • Developing highly effective models to analyze customer and financial data to identify areas for program improvement throughout SkyMiles, and recommend changes to leadership • Identifying and analyzing business risks, regularly preparing executive presentations and actively participating in meetings leadership teams • Partnering with operational units to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the launch of new program benefits, policies and services across all channels

• Develop comprehensive quarterly and annual reports to timely update stakeholders on current performance and give recommendations on business opportunities• Manage and complete ad hoc requests and special projects in timely manner to guide stakeholders to successfully deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns• Support the development of future strategies and plans through synthesizing historical results, forecasting demands and outcomes and making strategic recommendations • Inform and help marketing organization to make sound business decisions and strategic planning by providing analyses of quantitative and qualitative data• Understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial on-going issues with impact to the business • Utilize key data sources and systems such as SAP Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase and Tableau to maintain and audit database • Synthesize consumer and brand insights using segment profiles, competitive intelligence, trends and portfolio research to enhance development of brand/portfolio strategic priorities, brand plans and programs• Support stakeholders with data tools and help understanding and interpreting performance data

• Provide broad analytical support to the operations and finance teams for both CMH and Franchise hotels to drive performances• Prepare and analyze monthly reports after every month ends including various reports such as the corporate standard scorecard (“Winning Metrics Scorecards”) that include not only financials but also the non-financials such as Guest reviews, Loyalty Recognition, Loyalty Enrollments and Heartbeat• Create and update reports to reflect the latest changes and upgrade the reports to deliver the most accurate, thorough and up-to-date results• Prepare for meetings with business supports to provide insights on growth outlooks for budget process• Produce presentation deck for owners’ budget meetings • Report and analyze competitive set data such as RGI to have a better understanding on each property level or rollup level’s performances compared to their respective markets• Budget and audit franchise royalties for all franchise properties in the US and Canada totaling in over 3,000 hotels• Forecast and communicate out weekly, monthly and quarterly growths in RevPAR and royalties using historical trends, industry trends, and also information from PDI team using what is on the book for certain period• Investigate impacts on financials impacted by holidays or calendar shifts
