Assisted with UAT testing for the App MyNissan, testing the functionality of accounts and data accuracy, executed tests in JIRA, reported issues, and created defects.-Documented current and proposed new business processes by working with relevant departments and creating Visio and Word documentation as required.-Provided administration and support for operational systems.
