Managing up to 20 performers at private events, clubs, and stage shows. Weekly costume planning, equipment transportation, on-site client communication, run of show management, and live audio coordination.

Managing dancers and specialty acts at clubs and events. Responsibilities include on-site client communication, costume management, time/crisis/conflict management, production management, run of show management and guest interaction. Assisting in business operations including marketing, content creation, costume design/planning, scheduling, event preparation, scouting, and photoshoot coordination.

Responsible for activity and service funding budget, booking and managing fundraisers, collecting and maintaining accurate records of money, and working closely with student government to submit purchase requests and grant applications. Took over captain duties such as venue booking, the delegation of officer jobs, maintaining sports club status, and planning/booking travel for 26 teammates.

Working with clients to meet their marketing and product goals. Provide insight into which products to purchase within specific budget needs and design improvement. Follow through from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and return. Daily use of QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.

Working with a team to create an enjoyable and safe experience for music lovers. Required standing for up to 10 hours at a time and knowledge of venue operations.
