• Managing the flow of materials and equipment necessary for studio operations, ensuring that supplies are ordered, received, and distributed efficiently.• Arrange transportation for artworks, materials, and equipment to and from the studio, coordinating shipments and managing suppliers to ensure safe and timely delivery.• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the studio, including proper handling and storage of art materials and equipment, to maintain a safe working environment for artists and staff.• Collaborate with artists, studio managers, and administrative staff to coordinate logistics activities and ensure smooth operations in the studio.• Liaising with the artist's clientele i.e. gallery directors, collectors and clients regarding shows, commissions, networking opportunities, artworks and lead times.

• Having an excellent understanding of the artist's idiom to repeatedly produce bespoke works independently to a saleable standard.• Assisting with installation of shows/events and helping with decision making with curation and products
