Key responsibilities:• Managing clients and internal resources through the implementation cycle of the company’s software solution (SaaS)• Engage with both operational and senior customer stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships• Focus on project adoption, value delivery, and customer experience and retention• Monitor usage, customer health and key metrics, identify and deliver value-add initiatives and opportunities, and highlight/manage risks• Managing projects costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time• Support project implementation to ensure a smooth launch and introduction of the product to customers• Maintaining project documentation used in implementation process• Coordinating with development team to support software product upgrades/sprint releases to client environments• Provide client support via online/remote training• Arrange and lead customer meetings as per the agreed communication plan• Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities, new features and possible enhancements

Key responsibilities• Managing Translation & Development projects• Responsible for delivering project translations via a third party supplier• Managing internal and external stakeholders • Managing the invoicing process for suppliers• Dealing with development queries and providing assistants to internal developers• Responsible for end to end invoicing process and respective documentation• Lead internal management team meetings, providing updates on existing projects• Responsible for managing the EMEA developers assignments across all projects
