Non-Clinical Case Manager
• Complete notifications, case investigations, and contact tracing for Ohio University faculty, staff, and students that test positive or are contacts of a positive COVID19 case on behalf of Ohio University and the Athens City/County Health Department• Document all outreach to individual cases, including e-mails, phone, and text in institutional as well as state health databases• Provide referrals to support and resources for any challenges that may develop as a result of quarantine or isolation• Manage an active case load of up to 80+ cases and ensure all impacted individuals are aware of quarantine or isolation expectations and requirements for clearance to return to campus• Adapt quickly to ever changing knowledge and federal, state, and local health official guidance, official orders, and ensure protocols comply with the most up to date information.• Manage incoming call queues and line availability via Cisco Finesse and Cisco Jabber applications• Monitor and manage compliance cases tied to institutional testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements
