Helping with the recruitment and vetting process; ensuring application forms are correct, assisting on interviews when needed and collecting the relevant documentation from candidates to pass the vetting process.

Admin support for the cleaning department which included updating the Waste book which the client would see.I also spent three months assisting with the recruitment process for the security teams at the NEC and arenas in Birmingham. This included shortlisting candidates, phone interviews and arranging group interviews. Once the interviews were done, all successful candidates would have Right to Work documents copied, signed and then the candidate would be booked on next induction.Working on a project which included cross referencing the training files to confirm all files match the online database. This included going through each file, from each department and checking them all thoroughly.

During my year at Sixth Form I volunteered to be a student mentor. I was trained in the basic health and safety around mentoring children and what could happen in a serious conflict. I also learnt the best techniques on how to motivate the pupils. I mainly mentored in maths but occasionally English.
