Dealing with security passes, emails, booking system and telephone handling.

Taking calls from Sainsbury's stores all across the UK logging various faults such as electrical faults, refrigeration, building jobs, drainage, plumbing etc.I also have to liaise with contractors to get an update on location/progress to keep the client updated on the job. Accountabilities: Responsible for the effective receipt, processing and dispatch of reactive and planned maintenance tasks to the appropriate engineers/support service. Produces service request/problem incident reports and initiates follow-up to ensure timely disposition and close-out of actions. Responsible for tracking action items and referrals through to resolution.
