• Defining and creating user story requirements for the development of a fit for purpose Global Admin System, Guidewire.
• Stakeholder engagement ensuring timely and relative communications are achieved across all levels of the organisation.
• Creation and strategic planning of training across the Company

• Assisting in the retention and development of held business by providing a quality service within agreed service and regulatory standards.
• Managing a portfolio of customers in accordance with current underwriting strategy and guidelines.
