Working for a established global brand that is constantly pushing the boundaries of technical outdoor clothing. During my time with The North Face, I have expanded my skill set further to include more in-depth analysis of KPI’s and productivity, warranty management, recruitment and technical training. I’m particularly passionate about developing my team of staff, and providing exceptionally high customer service standards.

During my time at Internaçionale I have gained a wealth of experience, particularly holding the store for a consecutive period of four months as well as managing and performing three successful stock-takes. I am confident in all areas of retail operations, including dealing with budgets, payroll, HR and stock control. Given an active role in the development and monitoring of staff performance, I have established and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external staff. Since becoming childrenswear specialist, I have developed not only specific visual merchandising experience, but also a valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced sector.
