As a supervisor, it is my responsibility to schedule team meetings as well as one on ones where tasks are delegated to different members of the team in order to achieve targets and goals. My role also involves the management of employees' diaries where I will create a four weekly rota for three separate shift teams. Using the system ‘MyView’, I'm required to check the employees hours making sure the weekly payments are on time. This includes setting up new members of staff and calculating overtime. It's also my responsibility to store and scan hard copies of documents including invoices, receipts and forms. On a day to day basis, using excellent verbal and written communication skills learnt from my customer facing roles, I am required to handle telephone queries as well as email queries. I will also order supplies such as stationary, currency and health and safety whilst maintaining purchasing records throughout the process. Every four weeks using the system ‘Be Your Best’, I will train team members on the company's relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
