Day to Day Duties- Team expert and point of contact for Power BI.- Manage Row Level Security for Power BI Reports – Add users to groups, enable correct access permissions, troubleshoot access issues and resolve- Design and Create SQL Queries and Power BI Reports for Store, Area, or Head Office use, and adapt design and viewable information depending on audience.- Create Ad-Hoc excel reports for retail operations or sales to aid Senior management in making commercial decisions- Main point of contact for Wages reporting – Bonus scheme, Pay v Turnover, Units per Hour etc.- Resolve issues and answer email queries from Power BI report users – troubleshoot and sort in a timely manner.Skills- Power BI proficiency – 2 years experience. Fully responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards utilized by over 500 regional, area and store managers with over 50,000 monthly views. Reports include Bestsellers, Stocktake, Bonus Scheme and Wages reporting at all levels.- SQL skills – 2 years experience. Can create own complex queries to power Excel and Power BI reports using Snowflake and SQL Server.- Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Vlookups, advanced formulae, data connections from queries.- Teamwork - collaborating on important projects and working to deadlines.- Presentation Skills - Design and deliver presentations for a wide range of audiences. Deliver weekly updates for Area Managers and present easy to digest information on how to use reports for store staff.
