With 20+ years’ experience in customer service, office management and administration, keeping an office environment effective and processes as smooth as possible is the kind of work I enjoy.My career in customer is service started at a young age working in hotels and giving me a good understanding of meeting customer expectations on short term immediate requirements. It has since developed to encompass supporting customers in a number of areas, including healthcare, software and manufacturing services, both domestically and for worldwide customers. I believe good processes and communication is a key part of a successful workplace.
