I am a Cleveland State University graduate. I come from the restaurant industry but am eager to get into the public sector. I was recently interning for a local government helping with day to day tasks. Being in this position has really opened my eyes to how much I would like to work for the people and try to make things better for everyone. Through this internship, I have learned so many skills and developed a strong understanding of the inner workings of cities and public policy. I have found myself captivated by the ideas of conservation and public good. I recently took on a new role with the Hunger Network, a nonprofit whose goals align with mine in the fight to end hunger, as Operations Coordinator. I am eagerly anticipating getting to work with everybody there and learning from all my colleagues. Here’s to new beginnings!
