Since I attended my first football game before I could walk, I’ve been sport obsessed. I’m driven by team performance and results, positive data and personal productivity. As a Buyer in Formula One, no day is the same. Each day presents new challenges, targets and successes but, fortunately, in my 12 years as a football referee I have developed the confidence to make real-time decisions under pressure and improved my ability to manage situations proactively.

I am highly proud of these interviews in particular as they reflect the thoughts and beliefs of many women in the sporting industry that I have met along the way. -
