I manage a number of accounts throughout the South East of England, across a variety of industries and account sizes. Cellular Solutions are based in Hove and are a specialist communication service provider. We have top tier accreditations with Vodafone and O2, which means that we can offer the highest levels of customer service and preferential rates. We have been able to help some customers to improve communication effectiveness by up to 60%. We do this by prioritising and focusing our business on our service approach, resulting in a retention rate of 97%.I am an field based account manager which means I spend part of my week on the road tending to the needs of my existing customers, as well as focusing on the new customer acquisition aspect to my role.
