I have been Working in the medical device industry for over 6 years now, i began my journey as a Product Builder, within two years i secured a promotion as an Operations Associate, managing people and supporting the Team Lead at the time with 36 Product builders, looking after staffing plan's, inventory, daily targets, output, Annual leave etc. After three years in that role i then secured The role of Team lead, where i currently lead a team of 19 on a commercial line and a further 13 People on a new project line. I have completed level 6 course's in Quality Assurance and Supervisory management and Team Leadership, A Level 7 in management and leadership, and i have started my Level 8 certificate in transformational Change in MTU. I am a first Aid Responder, and i also have a level one in Irish Sign language & Communication. Iv taken part in SCRUM & KAIZEN training and also have completed yellow belt training.
