This was reported up to senior management on a weekly basis. - Tracked and reported to management demand generation activities undertaken by the Channel Team and their partners. - Helped to organise and assisted in the delivery of change management workshops presented to all market unit Channel Directors and Partner Business Managers across the EMEA region. - Designed a quarterly business review template for partners of which elements were rolled out for partners and their business managers to use in the EMEA region. - Created a bi-weekly social ambassador email which included and promoted social media content, event information, hints, tips and guides to using a variety of social media platforms and tools. Each email was distributed to over 80 EMEA employees working in the Channel organisation. - Attended and participated at a number of SAP events including the Innovation Forum, the Partner Service Delivery Innovation Forum and the Business Women's Network UKI launch event. Elected on to the Intern Project management team and ran the entire recruitment process for the hire of 43 new interns. Specifically managed the relationship with RateMyPlacement whom SAP provide content to for attracting outstanding early talent to the business. Whilst at SAP I also worked alongside the recruitment team throughout the entire hiring process for Graduate/Early Talent roles in the SAP Sales & Pre-Sales Academy.
