Responsible for grading weekly homework assignments and final projects for a class of ~100 students.

Utilize Canon and Nikon DSLR and Mirrorless cameras to capture moments on and around NC State's campus. Help train new correspondents on how to shoot a video, including audio, framing, lighting, and more. Edit footage into a cohesive, attention-grabbing, and entertaining video for use by Student Media outlets.

I helped manage the Facebook and Instagram accounts for NC-based nonprofit Little Pink Houses of Hope. I managed posting schedules, built images and text for posts, and created new ideas for content. I also helped manage the website, littlepink.org.

Recruit and manage a section of 15 videographer correspondents, delegating and overseeing various deadline driven projects. Conduct new, in-depth training I designed covering camera procedures, editing techniques, Technician standards and organizational planning. Produce creative content on quick turnarounds for the section’s YouTube channel and the organization’s social media channels including Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. Increased coverage of diverse community events by 25%.

Utilized Nikon, Canon DSLRs, and various lenses to capture video of athletic and cultural events. Conducted pre-planning, event coverage, interviews, reporting, and editing among others. Wrote articles, headlines and captions utilizing proper AP Style. Co-created Technician Tries video series.

Collaborated to plan and conduct multiple conferences ranging from 100 - 500 attendees. Wrote scripts, developed and led workshops, prepared materials, gathered feedback.

Led 250,000-member organization and engaged with stakeholders. Created and conducted interactive workshops via Zoom and utilized social media including Instagram and Facebook to engage with constituents. Managed social media campaign for National 4-H Week.
