I ensured the successful launch of ChemTea in March 2020 and welcomed over 80 new members in the first year. We organized professional development, cultural awareness, community building events for the company. A highlight included the first hybrid Open Mic event in our newly built office in May 2022 where we had over 40 people in person attendance and 30 online attendees.Served on my divisional D&I working group, but also the corporate Strategic Committee on Racial Equality (SCoRE) providing input on workplans and spearheading initiatives to encourage inclusivity, culture, and community.
