I also prepare speeches for the Secretary-General. I created tools to provide the EBRD’s Executive Committee with relevant (EBRD related) information regarding economic, political, and diplomatic evolutions in shareholder countries.I networked within the EBRD (country Directors, bankers, evaluation officers, political advisers) and outside the EBRD (contacts within countries) to gather information for the briefings and information tools.I participated in and report back on Board Steering Groups, Financial and Operational Policies Committee meetings, Audit Committee meetings, as well as Board of Directors’ meetings.

Programme concerté de Renforcement des capacités des Organisations de la société civile et de la Jeunesse Guinéennes (PROJEG), is a project financed by the French Foreign Ministry aiming at reinforcing the capabilities of Guinean civil society organisations. I was in charge of developing initiatives to reinforce dialogue between civil society organisations and the Guinean administration on four thematic areas: the mining sector, land ownership, corruption, and debt reduction. I researched each area regarding general, historical, and country specific perspectives as well as current developments. I also coordinated the PROJEG’s relations with a large network of stakeholders. I created contact and ensured regular engagement with the French Embassy, contributing NGOs, political and military leaders, civil society groups, and other development actors operating in Guinea.
