Buddy in the Spring'22 Cohort, supporting a group of Fellows with their own transition into the world of startups.

During this time I've consulted with four small businesses (two pre-seed startups), specialising in business strategic planning, process improvements, software integrations and product development.

Selected to join the Startmate Women's Fellowship - an eight week program to help ambitious women in the world of tech and start-ups. Backed by Blackbird Ventures, Startmate is the epicentre for start-up ambition across Australia and New Zealand.

My role required management of all stages of the project lifecycle.I oversaw the delivery of a $7m Shopping Centre redevelopment in Perth. - Managed the financial modelling, feasibility analysis and ongoing budgets. - Sought board approvals and managed investor relations.- Executed strategic development briefs within design. - Oversaw multiple teams including design consultants, engineers, project managers, external contractors, sales and marketing.I worked on 180 George St, a $1.9b redevelopment of the Circular Quay precinct in Sydney's CBD. - Implemented the retail strategic brief - I worked directly with retailers, leasing team and the investors to ensure alignment of outcome. - Lead the strategic design & development brief of an iconic Sydney building including extensive negotiation and relationship management with renowned tenant.- Established the project governance framework which improved processes through consistent monthly reporting.

I managed the development of a $70m Retirement Living and Aged Care project for a not-for-profit external client. This project required extensive community engagement activities and I further developed skills in relationship management and team leadership. - Conducted market research and developed a comprehensive pricing strategy for product-market fit. - Managed the project financial modelling and client side reporting requirements. - Supported the community engagement plan being an external project representative, drafted key messaging and supported project advocacy through Council.- Developed a project wide sustainability plan and implemented initiatives.

Lendlease was ranked 47 of the top 100 most sought-after graduate employers in 2017. I was selected as one of 10 development graduates across Australia to complete a two year program.As part of this role I relocated to Sydney and worked across two business divisions - Retirement Living and Retail. In Retirement Living, I helped create new business opportunities for investment including the financial modelling of project revenue. The project required extensive community engagement with local residents which I managed. In Retail I worked with the project team on the delivery of a $440m Shopping Centre redevelopment. A key project I helped deliver here included a public art strategy with an Indigenous artist.

As a part-time Marketing Assistant, I provided support on a range of campaigns and events. - Supported the content creation and roll out of a residential referral campaign for a Retirement Living business with a portfolio of 70 villages. - Led a community marketing campaign highlighting the remarkable life stories of existing residents from within the portfolio retirement villages. Using this content we rolled out campaign collateral.- Organised a number of public open days across Retirement Villages. My role here was to support the logistics of the events i.e. compiled event schedules, talent management, monitored enquiry and provided adhoc sales support. - Compiled marketing collateral briefs, managed the design and roll out across a series of print and digital forms. During these campaigns I measured the success of media spend.
