I built a small field of view imaging system capable of visualizing micrometer changes in superficial vasculature diameter in the mouse brain in response to neural activity. I also wrote Matlab code to analyze reflectance imaging data and quantify changes in vessel width following photostimulation of PV-ChR2 and Thy1-ChR2 mice. See Accomplishments section.
