I run two hour bi-weekly committee meetings with a group of about 30 people. I support undergraduate students on projects and policies regarding marginalized backgrounds. The committee gives students a platform to voice their ideas on how to improve the U of M campus. I'm able to guide their projects and give insight on how to achieve diversity and inclusion goals.One of the committee projects was creating a resolution to rename the main student building "Coffman Memorial Union". It was unanimously passed by the student voting body. It gained traction from the Star Tribune, KSTP, and KARE 11.

Lead for recruitment of first year students and program development. Oversee intern group and projects, budget $4000 in expenses, advise professional development building skills, hold weekly group meetings and individual 1-on-1 meetings with each intern.

Being a tour guide allowed me to grow out of my comfort zone, gain public speaking skills, customer service skills, and strengthen my empathic abilities to grief, and excitement. I gave tours around the 65.000 sq ft. space and expressed the meaning behind Prince artifacts and memorbilia.
