I am a Director at Macleod & Partners, a consultancy firm that helps clients achieve their strategic and operational goals with a focus on the Customer. I am also a non-executive director for several organisations, providing guidance and oversight on their marketing and customer programmes.Previously, I was the Director of Customer and Revenue at Transport for London (TfL), one of the world's largest and most respected transport organisations. I led a team of over 150 professionals, responsible for understanding and delivering the needs and expectations of millions of customers, as well as generating and optimising revenue streams from various sources. I developed and implemented the customer strategy for TfL, ensuring it provided the most relevant and effective services, in the best and most cost-efficient ways. I also directed all the marketing and customer activities for TfL, including research and insight, advertising, promotion, online, signage and way-finding. Under my leadership, we increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, as well as enhanced TfL's brand image and reputation. I have more than 13 years of experience in customer engagement in the transport sector, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive growth and performance. I also have a strong background in marketing communications, strategy, and leadership, with a passion for creating positive social and environmental outcomes. I have a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Newcastle Business School.
