I am a Director at Macleod & Partners, a consultancy firm that helps clients achieve their strategic and operational goals with a focus on the Customer. Under my leadership, we increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, as well as enhanced TfL's brand image and reputation. I have more than 13 years of experience in customer engagement in the transport sector, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive growth and performance. I also have a strong background in marketing communications, strategy, and leadership, with a passion for creating positive social and environmental outcomes. I have a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Newcastle Business School.
