In my 30+ years of achievements in business development and marketing, the achievement I am most proud of was when I recognized the need of the military community and was able to fulfill that need. For this effort I was awarded a Congressional Award. Although heights of accomplishments have been a boost for inspiration, it has not always been rosy; in fact there have been major challenges. I took challenges that other people rarely would, paid the price and remained persistent no matter what the conditions were, navigating businesses and companies through the challenges and made them paid off in most cases. Coming from a family with limited resources and making my way to the top by dealing with a variety of challenges in life and career has made me a strong individual. I do not like taking no for answer yet I deal with the existing reality. Keeping momentum, passion, belief and creative ways and the ability remove barriers and allows me to surpass the competition.
