Worked in a Shared Service environment heavily tied to plant operations and supplier management. Passionate about continuous improvement, process discipline, teamwork and transparency. Manages 4 different planning teams and working with contacts across the globe in alignment with the SIOP process of the company. In those years I have acquired a lot of experience and skills such as people skills, computer skills, people management, people handling, multi tasking, decision making, flexibility, attention to details etc. but even more importantly I know that one should always strive for excellence.
