- Technical design of new products/change requests- Contribute in design methodologies and solution architecture- Identify testing strategies, tools, priorities and metrics- Responsible in critical decisions regarding new projects such as scope changes, resource plans and implementation schedules- Analyzing solutions, selecting and managing vendors- Assist BU requirements analysis in development of service portfolio- In-house configuration and development of charging platforms and products- Operations and Maintenance- Platform and applications maintenance/modifications- Management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets- Providing customer support to NOC and System Support BU- Implementing SLAs with relevant BUs and process owners
