In charge of GOEM EPS engineering projects running and application team management. Agreeing the content of work packages and prioritizing them. Distributing the work packages in the team appropriately while maintaining a good balance of work load amongst the team members.Cascading all relevant customers, related and strategic information down to the working level.• Engineering project management, Product Integration lead, Software Project Management, competence, optimize process, culture building• Manufacturing operation, process quality support, 0KM/Warranty (NVH, E&E) diagnosis• GOEM Application management (EPM/PIL/SWPM), goal, process competence, culture• Ensuring the necessary skills to accomplish all tasks are available with redundancy• Monitoring the performance of each employee against expectations, executing corrective actions together with the other resource managers• Supporting a high motivation of all employees in the entire area.

System Engineer and Application Engineer• EPM of Ford C1 BD EPS localization and CDP (Cost Down Package) projects; • Engineering project development: Planed, monitored and reported all system development deliverables including milestones and work product planning following C40 (Gate I to Gate K).• Issues and risk management, Supported plant manufacturing launch (RBNA, IPA and FA). • Engineering system engineer: Responsible for system requirement analysis by compliance Matrix or CCI sizing, system proposal design, EPS system integration, Planned and maintained the system level DVP&R, vehicle test.• Initialized and maintained the system description and the system level pedigree definition for local OEM market requirement, maintain the system requirements specification assuring compliance to the agreed customer but also TRW internal system requirements.• Performed system level design reviews and release, support subsystem level design review.• Issue system CR package or 8D report, System DFMEA and DRBFM.• Customer interface: TRW Ford C1 team in German, local TRW team and Ford China/EU;• Lead BD EPS Bid & Win system design and customer application.

Worked on HEV power train mechanical system or key components design and validation. Including engine crank shaft, double clutch and ISG (ignition-stop-generation) motor concept architecture design, specification definition. Develop local supplier for prototype manufacturing and support issue solving. Developed brush motor EPS system spec and worked with local supplier for system prototype building. Finished HEV system prototype vehicle integration.
