Creative Manager
I worked as a content curator and creative manager for Fusion Music (a subsidiary of Red Light Management) for two years. In that duration, I almost exclusively created photo, video and graphic content for Fusion Music clients including Martina McBride, Cassadee Pope, Laine Hardy, Riley Green, Jeffrey James, Ryan Kinder, and the estate of Don Williams. The content I created was mostly for promotional purposes centered around music releases and touring - album art, tour ad mats, promotional ads & posts, one sheets, posters, merchandise, websites, etc. I also worked significantly with the DSP uploading process (via The Orchard, Stem, Yangaroo, and Vydia) as well as some physical merchandising companies.I had the opportunity to work outside of the music industry with Martina McBride's many side projects. I created content for Martina's cookbook "Martina's Kitchen Mix," in which I also toured with her for book signings and TV appearances. I created behind-the-scenes content for Martina's Food Network show, "Martina's Table." I built nearly all of the promo material for Martina's podcast, "Vocal Point" in which I recorded video, took photos and built promo material for 25+ episodes. During COVID-19, I created promotional content for over 31 separate releases using content I had previously captured or by capturing content using CDC recommended etiquette, proper PPE and testing regularly to prevent spread. I also learned how to produce multi-cam livestreams through third-party applications and executed many for Cassadee Pope and Laine Hardy.

Responsibilities My co-creator and brother, Zach Edwards, and I created Southern Class Cigars in early August of 2013 as an epiphany to sell cigars to tailgaters at the University of South Carolina and Clemson University football games. During my term, the band's focus was in the recording studio, which allowed me to shadow the creative and engineering process of creating an album.
