Job profile/ responsibilities:• Reporting to GM – Finance• Responsible for all Commercial Functions of North• Authorized Signatory under all Statutory Laws and Acts applicable in Northern States• Liaison between the C & FA , Distributors, Advocates and Government Departments • Responsible for timely Preparation of VAT Liability and Return Submission• Responsible for all Statutory Forms / Formats as per laws made by respective states• Receiving all Legal notices under various Acts and ensuring adherence of• Attending all VAT and Sales Tax Assessments• Finalization of Assessments of VAT and Sales Tax to the best for the Company • Ensuring adherence of other Legal aspects such as professional tax, Food License etc• Ensuring payments of Urgent Dues viz.
