Ltd. business, The job profile may include control over billing process, distribution & modern trade, debtors, overdue monitoring, statuary compliance like VAT and ST returns, monitoring of stocks, reconciliation with all the parties, and travel related reimbursements/expenses of employees.

1. All Statutory Matters including payments2. ERP related queries and control1. Responsible for jobs done by RAE and verification of all claims, credit notes etc.2. Accounts Payable – All Expenses preparation & verification3. Verification the Application of receipts to the invoices.4. Ageing report of all customers and corrective action to be taken.3. Job profile/ responsibilities:• Reporting to GM – Finance• Responsible for all Commercial Functions of North• Authorized Signatory under all Statutory Laws and Acts applicable in Northern States• Liaison between the C & FA , Distributors, Advocates and Government Departments • Responsible for timely Preparation of VAT Liability and Return Submission• Responsible for all Statutory Forms / Formats as per laws made by respective states• Receiving all Legal notices under various Acts and ensuring adherence of• Attending all VAT and Sales Tax Assessments• Finalization of Assessments of VAT and Sales Tax to the best for the Company • Ensuring adherence of other Legal aspects such as professional tax, Food License etc• Ensuring payments of Urgent Dues viz. Rent & CAM charges, Telephone, Electricity• Verification of and approving all claims by Distributors as per Schemes, Incentives etc• Verification and Approval of TE Bills and Claims of Sales persons as well Executives• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Distributors Reconciliation• Verification of New Customer Account and Approval• Proper Control on C & FA operations and Distribution Network• Verification of Freight Rates and Control over dispatches• Approving Claims made by C & FA for Fixed & variable expenses• Co-ordinate with the HO for any issues related to Distributors and or C & FA• Follow up with the HO for any queries raised by Employees, Distributors or Customers

Job profile/ responsibilities:• Reporting to CFO/CEO• Responsible for Accounts Payables and Vendor Reconciliation• Accounting Entries relating to Bank Payable and Receivables• Participated in monthly financial statements including cash flow statement, P/L a/c & B/S.• Responsible for Approval of entries related to G/L.• Responsible for ledger scrutiny and Checking of ledger balances.• Checking and Ensuring Bank Reconciliation and Collections related to credit cards.• Co-ordinate with the IT department of the company for any additional MIS requirement• Follow up with the stores for timely submission of all information required to prepare reports• Ensuring payments of Statutory Dues viz. TDS, FBT, Professional Tax, Sales Tax/ VAT• Participating in preparation of TDS Return/ VAT Return.
