• Perform call monitoring • Analyzing behavior of agent and its impact on customer• List out most impacting behavior and providing written feedback • Providing feedback to agents about what could have been done over the call so that a better customer experience can be provided• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed

• Reviewing files and the documents attached• Entering data in the application tracking system• Analyzing the eligibility of the applicant• Providing relevant data to team leaders and managers• Complete all mandatory training requirements in a timely manner
