- Oversee the operation of E-Commerce department, supervise pick&pack team on daily tasks and meet deadlines.- Analyzing and monitoring sales reports, opportunities, and marketplace performance to expand product line and grow categories and sales- Provide marketing strategy and create weekly email marketing campaigns for subscribers.- Proactively identify product, service, and issues to resolve accordingly- Oversee and address customer feedback and reviews- Provide customer service, phone, email and social media, respond to and resolve queries daily(include facebook, ig and google reviews.) monitoring customer feedback and take action to improve customer experience.- Developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies. - Update and maintain website according to marketing plan.- Works with purchase team to arrange stocks and purchasing.- Keeping inventory and price information up-to-date.- Product listing, product naming, translating, photo shooting & photo editing.- Oversee inventory and shipping issues by collaborating with our warehouse, logistics teams and couriers.- Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of Magento backend tools, processes, and systems.- Provide written Chinese translation.- On some occasion, managing orders and arrange delivery for corporation and local council events.

- Supervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals.- Manage sales floor and drives retail and wholesale by: addressing guest concerns, coaching employees, and mitigating product loss.- Ensure that daily merchandising flexing process, daily replenishment process and store cleanliness standards are properly executed when opening or closing.- Open and closes the store and warehouse following proper procedures documented in the opening and closing checklist.- Ensure that registers are properly opened and closed, doors are opened and locked and alarms are set correctly.- Create posters, flyers for special offers and promotions.

- Prints adverts, banners, hoarding, stickers, flyers, logo design- Vehicle wrapping design, prepares print and plot ready files- Retraces from existed design to print and plot file, Retrace client’s logo into Vector base format
