I am responsible for knowing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of all Xactware products and services. I assist with the initial setup with the client to help determine which products best match their organization and workflow. I oversee all of the implementation of Xactware products and services. Assist with leadership training, mentoring, and technical knowledge. I monitor my assigned accounts and review contracts. I look for ways to improve existing client workflows and improve their efficiency. Conduct account audits and assist with annual and semi-annual reviews with key stakeholders. I insure all products and services integrate seamlessly and work to keep relationships and communication at the highest level of excellence.

As a Senior Trainer & Training Coordinator I was responsible for high profile trainings, training the Xactware trainers, validating affiliate and certified trainers, developing curriculum, scheduling training classes, oversee department budget guidelines, manage a team of trainers, achieve department goals, manage online training initiatives, and be a subject matter expert on all Xactware products and services.I also implemented an after-hours online training solution, continuing education credits for two types of courses, and an internal promotion path for Xactware trainers.
